Villa Solisera is a tranquil estate in the Umbrian countryside offering private furnished one-bedroom apartments surrounded by olive groves, nature, and open space.
This is not a co-living space. Each guest has their own fully independent apartment with a kitchen, living area, and complete privacy — your own sanctuary in Italy.
The atmosphere is calm, quiet, and respectful. To maintain this environment, we do not host children or pets.
At the same time, you are staying on a shared estate where life unfolds naturally. If you wish, you may connect with others over a coffee, a walk, or an aperitivo — but always at your own pace.
I live on the property, so this is a personal place, not a commercial accommodation. Guests often return, stay longer, and naturally become familiar faces over time.

Villa Solsera enjoys a prime location for exploring the best of Umbria and southern Tuscany. Just 5 km from the enchanting hilltop town of Todi, guests are perfectly placed to enjoy peaceful countryside living with easy access to authentic Italian life.
Todi is often referred to as one of the most livable towns in the world—a hidden gem that continues to attract expats from around the globe. With its rich medieval heritage, warm community spirit, and breathtaking views over the Tiber Valley, it’s no wonder so many fall in love with it. Highlights include the Tempio di San Fortunato, the elegant Piazza del Popolo, and charming cobblestone streets lined with welcoming cafés, traditional trattorias, boutique shops, and lively cultural events throughout the year.
