At Villa Solisera, we offer flexible accommodations and seasonal options designed to meet your needs.
Our mission is to provide an exclusive, adults-only space—no children, no pets—where guests can disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves. Villa Solisera is the perfect place to relax, reflect, and recharge. Our prices are designed to be more affordable for solo travelers using the space alone, unlike most places that charge the same for singles as they do for double occupancy.
The property comprises four private, fully furnished apartments, each equipped with kitchens, comfortable living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and private patios.
Solo travelers may find apartments #2 and #3 to be ideal. If you’re traveling with a friend, I recommend apartment #1, while apartment #4 is the perfect choice for couples. (You can find photos and descriptions of the apartments in the accomodation section.)

Longer Stays
Stay a little longer and settle into the Italian way of life.
During the winter months through spring, Villa Solsera may be available for longer stays, depending on availability. Whether you’re looking for a few weeks or several months, get in touch to discuss your dates and a special rate for an extended stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DEPOSIT A refundable damage deposit to be paid in Euros on at arrival: € 500.00
WEEKLY RENTALS: Cleaning is included. Electricity for A/C & heating is charged per usage.
MONTHLY RENTALS: Additional flat fee of € 150/month for wifi, garbage, water, gas, landscaping, and property management. Electricity is to be paid according to usage. Final Cleaning fee of €140.00 (21% IVA Taxes not included).
NUMBER OF GUESTS: Each apartment allows a maximum of two guests at a time.
Reservation
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Payment is made securely through PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or by credit card.
Once payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reservation.

LOCATION
ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL LIVING:
THE “WORLD’S MOST LIVEABLE CITY”: TODI, ITALY
Villa Solisera offers a prime location for guests to venture into Umbria and southern Tuscany, just 5 km from Todi, a captivating hilltop town renowned for its medieval charm and stunning vistas. Todi enchants visitors with its medieval allure, adorned with historic sites like the Tempio di San Fortunato and panoramic views from Piazza del Popolo. Explore charming streets lined with great restaurants, quaint shops, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The capital of Umbria, Perugia is 45 minutes away. It is well worth a visit, as is the famous town of Assisi (1 hour) birthplace of St Francis and a site of pilgrimage. Over the border in Tuscany, Montepulciano (40 minutes) makes an interesting day trip. Here you can visit many different wine producers and try some of the famous red wines and buy some to enjoy at home.
The closest airport is at Perugia (50 minutes drive).
