That’s why Villa Solisera offers two different ways to experience life here.
Both options include your own fully furnished private apartment. The difference is simply the level of independence and support you’re looking for.

This option is ideal if you enjoy independence but also like the idea of a friendly, social atmosphere when it happens naturally.
You have your own fully furnished apartment and complete privacy, but connection happens in an organic way — like staying among friends.
Some guests meet for an aperitivo, cook dinner together, join a spontaneous trip into town, or share a bottle of wine on the terrace. Other days are completely your own.
I live on the property and am always available if you need anything, whether it’s local recommendations, introductions to expats in the area, or help understanding everyday life in Umbria.
Nothing is structured or required — everything flows naturally based on the people here and what everyone feels like doing.
This is also a great option for guests who want to experience life in Italy more independently, including working remotely or exploring the idea of spending more time here in the future.
Solo Women Experiences

This experience is designed for women who want the same independence of their own apartment, but with more ease, support, and shared experiences already woven into the stay.
Alongside your private space, I organize airport transfers, transportation during your stay, grocery runs, and a selection of shared experiences.
We share aperitivo together, go into nearby towns, take part in seasonal activities such as grape or olive harvests, and enjoy planned dinners and outings depending on the group and the season.
There is no strict itinerary, but there is a gentle structure that makes it easy to settle in and simply enjoy your time here.
You can still choose how much you want to participate, and your private apartment always gives you space and quiet when you need it.
Many guests love the balance of independence, ease, and connection — without having to plan or coordinate anything themselves.
