WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Fully furnished shared or privately used apartment including cleaning fee.
- Organized Airport Transfer from Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Rome
with other guests at fixed times (9 am, 2:30 pm or 5 pm) in a comfortable tour bus with one stop in Rome and next in Todi where I will pick you up or private shuttle driver if desired at extra cost of €100 / $120. - Indulge in an aperitivo and welcome dinner within the ambiance of the covered dining area.
- Transportation to the local store and markets to get groceries.
- Community gatherings where authentic connections are made.
- Shared Dining: Delicious, prepared meals enjoyed together at the villa or splurging in a local restaurant.
- Activities designed to explore and embrace regional culture and lifestyle.
- Seasonal activities such as truffle hunting, wine harvest, olive picking, or wine tastings are included when possible.
- Creative Well-Being: Time for self-expression, personal growth, and renewal.
- If desired group desires, local hikes to burn off some calories or time for yoga.
EXAMPLES OF ACTIVITIES
This is a slow travel experience, giving each guest time to relax at the beautiful property, spend time with others at the pool, taking a walk or having a glass of wine together.
The activities will be planned according to the season. For example, in September and October, we’ll join in the wine harvest and in November we will pick olives at my property. Todi and the surrounding towns frequently host wonderful festivals, so I’ll plan accordingly once I know what’s happening during your visit.

- Explore some of the historic pottery studios in Deruta, where you can witness the traditional techniques passed down through generations. Engage with the artisans and gain insights into the cultural significance of their craft.
- Visit Perugia, the capital city of the Umbria region in Italy, rich in history, culture, and architectural wonders.

- Embark on an enchanting truffle hunting experience in Umbria, as you join a local expert and their canine companion to unearth these culinary treasures amid the region’s picturesque landscapes, followed by a delectable tasting.
- Embark on a Montefalco wine tasting tour, where you’ll traverse picturesque vineyards, sampling the renowned Sagrantino wines known for their robust and distinctive flavors, all while exploring the enchanting medieval towns that dot the Umbrian countryside.
